Your impact on the role
- Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the SaaS product to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Support sales representatives in identifying customer needs, conducting discovery calls, and showcasing tailored solutions.
- Demo Preparation: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Technical Liaison: Collaborate with technical teams to address customer questions and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
- Proposal Support: Assist in creating proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documentation.
- CRM Maintenance: Update customer interactions and progress in CRM tools to support seamless handover to sales or customer success teams.
