If you master Ruby on Rails we have the right opportunity for you!  We are looking for a Team Leader for our LoopsOS teams to lead our operating system for circular economy.

Salary range: 65k – 80k

Your impact in the role

• Proactively identify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise while working within a team
• Provide mentorship on your team to help them grow individually and as a team
• Ensure a balance between team progress & technical debt, while mitigating any project risk
• Embrace uncertainty over highly agile processes
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, technological knowledge, and communication skills
• Remain up to date with new development trends and technologies, and contribute to company-wide technology decisions
• Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

What matters the most for this role

• 10+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Database proficiency with PostgreSQL & Redis
• Capacity to think and communicate concisely and critically over complex technical, architectural and team challenges
• Ablity to coordinate technical design and development teams over different projects
• Ownership and responsibility
• Ability to troubleshoot & maintain and refactor legacy code
• Be Detailed Oriented & a Self Starter
• Motivated with a Positive Attitude
• Willingness to be part of a bigger team, provide and receive constructive feedback
