We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition to join our team and help build the next generation of sustainable talent at The Loop co.

Your impact in the role

• Actively recruit and source IT talent for critical positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, and selection.
• Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Handle administrative tasks related to new hires and employment contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive market positioning.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Establish partnerships with universities and relevant talent platforms.

What matters the most for this role

• At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or related roles.
• Experience in talent sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and administrative processes.
• Passion for creating a great candidate and employee experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
